Kochi or banglore university

I have an option to go to kochi or banglore in a good university but mainly what I wanna know is about the place Which place do u think is best fit for a women to study undergraduate course I also want to have fun but at the same time I want to be able to feel safe when going out or going out at night or anything like that So do u think I should chose kochi or banglore ?
