Kerala bar council enrollment?

If there is anyone trying to enroll in the Kerala bar council in the next enrollment, which I'm guessing is late March/early April, are you facing any issues?? I've been trying to register for weeks, but after document uploading, the site doesn't let me upload nominee details. The dates haven't been released yet so I don't want to freak out, but today this is what's being shown. I don't know where else to post this where people would see it, especially where law graduates may see it, because the law related subreddits are pretty dead tbh. If anyone knows what's going on, please help!!
