Is there any cloackrooms or places I can keep my bags ( suitcase and a rucksack ) safe after checking out from my hotel ? I need to keep it till evening.

I know placing it in the hotel reception is a good choice, but its feels sketchy as I might have to keep some of my stuff. Has anyone used Ernakulamm south railway cloakroom? How safe is it ? Can I store the luggages in Lulu mall storage section ? If yes, what is the rate ? Really need your help guys.
