I’m at my lowest idk what to do

I’m away from home. The university I’m studying is good in academic sense. I don’t feel like I’m belonging here. I haven’t eaten for one day. I’m very lonely here. Idk how people around me are so happy. Now days I’m just bed rotting. The people around me idk if they understand me or not. Maybe I’m the problem. Everyone got their own life but I’m in that place where I don’t know this life doesn’t feel worth anymore. I cannot even express how bad I feel about myself. I’m done with everything…
