Got rotten chicken wings from KFC kalmassery (Wednesday offer gimmick)

Just a heads-up to anyone planning to visit KFC Kalamassery—we had an absolutely terrible experience there today. We ordered the Wednesday offer combo, which included wings. The moment we got them, they had a disgusting, rotten fish-like smell (pezhacha manam 🤢 ).It was so bad we couldn’t even take a bite. When we complained, the store manager brushed it off, saying it was due to "bone marrow breaking," which made no sense. We are 100% sure the meat was spoiled. Instead of properly addressing the issue, they replaced all 6 wings with just 2 medium pieces, which felt like an unfair exchange. We accepted it just to avoid more hassle, but honestly, it wasn’t satisfactory at all. We’ve been regulars at this outlet, but after this experience, we’re seriously concerned about the food safety and hygiene there.
