Finding job or abroad...

Me (27F), I am a banker from Kochi with a btech degree and an MBA. Do any of you have any experience finding a job abroad while staying in India and then shifting abroad? I have been trying to move abroad and since my CIBIL is fucked by some existing loan problems and shit I was unsuccessful at securing an education loan for abroad studies. I want to move abroad and want to know if these job agencies are for real. Saw an ad. I will attach the screenshot here. Any input are welcome.
