Car Moding in Kerala

Title basically. How much of it it’s allowed, to mod your car in Kerala. I see a lot of shops , hubs for car mods and accessories . But haven’t seen quite the moded cars on road . Just curious about all this . I have an old Maruti Suzuki sedan in the backyard , sitting there idle. Belonged to my grandpa Any tips and advice
