Best place to learn vocals and music production

Hi, I am 26 now, working but have more than enough time to learn something new. Learned swimming very recently, which was a long dream. I can sing okayish but never learned before. Not to pursue as a career, more an upskilling. Which is better Saptha institute or Jam conservatory? I am not much into western. Is it possible to learn both simultaneously?
