Alternative to Airtel secondary Sim - Vi or BSNL

HI, I'm using secondary sim in Airtel netowrk now, . Well, Airtel is good but I'm having some black spots at home with Airtel network, so missing some calls. And the recent withdrawal of Value packs by Airtel (and Jio), is thinking to port one Sim to other networks, not much left though Vi or BSNL. I'm mostly on wifi. So UPI payment and Music streaming while driving is the main uses of Mobile data. Primary one is in Jio so dont wnat to port to that. Only issue I faced with Jio is if in crowded place, cant depend on Jio for UPI payments even, so 4G as a backup is fine for occassional use. Vi is also same evil as other 2, So left with BSNL, now BSNL also has 4G here not sure of the wide availability. Any suggestions
