A neon party emergency

Hey guys so it's my last new years in kochi and after seeing the prices of partying on sortmyscene and the end of month balance I decided to host a neon themed house party myself and ordered all things neon on Amazon. Jeff bezos gave me a hand and all deliveries are delayed. I need your help to know where to go in kochi to get neon lights, glow sticks or anything that glows in the dark.
