What do you think about starting a custom Poster frames business? Will anyone but such custom products for their loved ones as gift or interior decoration and all?

Hey guys, My brother just told me that he is planning to start a custom poster frame and photo frame business online via Instagram. But don't know whether people will buy such a product or not. Hello is targeting couples, pet parents, etc , who are planning to gift their loved ones or buying as a part of interior decoration and all. Have all possiblities of customisation and all. What do you guys think about the business?
