Best Vets in Kochi for cats/kittens?

Like the title says, we need to take my 5 month old kitten to a good, reputable vet who can treat certain skin issues that he has. We’ve gone to Felican in thripunithura twice now, and frankly they’re useless and a total cash grab. Please recommend some good vets/hospitals to take my kitten to, to get this skin issue checked out :)

Last week, two of my friends and I went to Lifestyle at Centre Square Mall. When we tried to enter, the security asked us to take a separate lift to the top floor and then enter the store from inside. They mentioned it had something to do with the customer count. Is this a normal practice there?
