Who is the chef behind Cocoa Tree (MG Road) Steak and Onion sandwich from 2007 to 2010?

(Originally posted on Discord) Does someone know who the chef behind Cocoa Tree (MG Road), Steak and Onion sandwich was? It's the best food item that I've ever tried and was available from 2007 at least (I first noticed it at that time) until 2010. It used to arrive at Cocoa Tree around 12 PM. There is now a new Steak and Onion sandwich from Cocoa Tree made on order but it's nowhere near as good as the one from 2007 to 2010 that arrived at 12 PM.
