Where can i get Customized piercing jewelry in kochi?

Hi, I wanted to get a nose piercing and i have this particular earring in mind that I haven’t yet seen commonly in any of the jewelry stores i visited. Is there any gold jewellers in kochi who can custom make such tiny studs according to our choice of gemstones? A few stores I enquired said they only customize diamond jewelry. TIA.
