what to do on new year’s eve in kochi if not partying?

it is a rather broke new year so we can’t afford to pay the cover charges anywhere, if you know any free parties for couples/ladies drop them below. i also dont want to get caught up in the crowds at fort kochi so please suggest something else other than that option.
