What are some paid internships , as well as some interesting diploma courses one can do in kochi after 12th?

My boyfriend is a dropout , and right now , he is only a 12th pass out.....what are some paid internships he could do , or some good diploma courses (I've heard MITS has started some diploma courses) ? He wants to do an internship till all colleges open admissions
