Watch Repair : watch thats like 15 years old

I have a watch thats like 15 years old [Citizen] unfortunately the clasp broke I took it to multiple places they asked me to change the metal strap/band It is something of emotional value over anything else. If anyone can recommend for a place to get it fixed that would be great.
