Searching a housemaid

Hi All, I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I’m looking for a housemaid near Chottanikkara. We have a 4BHK, two-story house and need a helper who can spend 2 to 3 hours cleaning the floors and washing the dishes and no need to do cooking. Does anyone have any idea how to find a helper and what the average pay would be?
