Please can someone help me with men's PG/Hostel near Kadavanthra

I recently got into a job in Kadavanthra and I've no clue about the place. Can someone suggest some PG/hostel in/near Kadavanthra (preferably in a 3km distance from metro station/near any metro station) that is clean and have basic amenities. Most preferably having a washing machine and allows using iron box. It's urgent so please.
