One day itinerary for fort kochi

Some of my family friends from Dubai are visiting Fort Kochi for the first time, and they have kids with them. Could you suggest some places worth visiting for all age groups, apart from cafes? Preferably, the places shouldn’t be too crowded. Also any recommendations for new, good cafes?
