On the look out for 2BHK rental properties in walkable distance from metro station.

I'm in the look out for 2BHK rental properties near by metro stations. I have tried looking in Olx and Facebook, no luck so far. Tried using paid sites such as Housing, but they don't offer a refund policy, hence doubtful. Can anyone direct me in the right way on this? My budget is 10-13k. Preferred locations are Palarivattom, Changampuzha Park and Edappally.
