Old clothes disposal?

Where can I dispose of my old clothes? I have 2-3 boxes of clothes from some 8-10 years ago. Since they are not in good condition, I cannot donate them. I asked the Haritha Karma Sena people, who come to collect plastic and garbage from my locality, and they said they don’t accept old, tattered clothes. Please help!
