Not just Ola Ather service is bad also bad

Gave my 450x for service at Ather vyttila on 18th dec and still havent recieved the vehicle, my place is Aluva and whenever I took it to the service centre near UC College they say 'if you have bought it from vyttilla its better to go for service there itself'. Till now didnt have much issues but now the customer relation is really bad, they said it would be delivered on 21st saturday and there was no contact from their side , when we called they said that they will give an update in few minuites and didnt call back. Called them twice yesterday and they said the same and still no callback. Today the same repeated for the first call, 2nd time I got frustrated and said I wont hang up till I have an update and said they would deliver it by today 5 pm and guess what, they called now and said there is some issue with coneset and they can only deliver it by 26th which means even after all these calls they only started working on my motorcycle today, im on my way to vyttila in metro and they say this now. Wanted to inform you all about their shitshow when OLA is the only one getting criticized. PS: I have 2 450x in my home and now im worried.
