Need guidance from vet/vet students in kochi for a small project to make safe kittenhood more accessible to stray kittens of Kochi

The first 6 months of a stray kittens life seem to be super crucial. Challenges from Weather to infections. Needed some advice from vet students or vets or cat parents/lovers on how to plan a 200 day plan for stray kittens with details about first things to do, vaccinations, fostering, adoptions.
