Low budget yet clean PG/hostel in Kalamassery(as near to metro rail as possible)

Like the title says, I would like to get a place to stay as closer to Kalamassery metro as possible. I don't have too much requirements, just that the place should be clean and have basic facilities.( Water, electricity )That's all. -No food required -a decent bathroom -a bed(table is appreciated) - size of the room isn't a big issue.. just shouldn't be too tiny -Cleanliness is a big issue( if it's a single room or a shared one) -I'm someone who prefers to have personal space so there's that. -No drinking/smoking habits from my end -Budget is a great issue since most of the money I get as stipend is intended to my German classes. Looking for a Rental as low as possible (budget wise). -Duration of stay - around 6 months Starting from next week or the end of February. Sharing is fine with me as long as like minded people are open to the things I mentioned. Sorry for the long list but I thought it'd be better if I state everything clearly.
