Looking for non-AC Gyms in Kochi with a reasonable rate(preferably Kaloor, Palarivattom, Kadavanthara area)

Hi, I am looking for a gym in Kochi (preferably Kaloor, palarivattom or Kadavanthara) with a reasonable amount and with daily and weekly plans. Old school (but clean) gyms work best for me. I travel between Kochi and Trivandrum for my work. So, it's hard for me to stick to one gym because of the kind of work I do. Monthly plans will not work for me because of this issue and gyms are running at a WTF dude rate these days ! Also, Is there any gym chain which is running in Kochi and Trivandrum where I can take a membership and do workout from both branches?
