How to resale stuff without being a shop owner

I need your help guys I have some glow bands, the one you wear on ur hand in the night for party and events. I bought them for an event in bulk to sell but the event got cancelled. I need you help How can someone sell such item to people without being in a shop or having one . I can sell them for wholesale rate Pls refer me, or give some advice. I just need the money back at this point.
