How have you changed as a person in 2024 and what are your plans for 2025?
well here's mine for the past few months -Fixed my sleep schedule and started to wake up early and atleast a minimum of 8 hours of sleep -Been consistently hitting gym 5 days a week -fixed my diet ,150g of high quality protein and started counting calories and 3L of water everyday - have been putting efforts into making my friends and family feel that I care about them ,I used to be so ignorant about this and used to carry around a bit much of attitude. -not engaging in negative conversations/people/situations also only focusing on things that I have a control on -and most importantly I stopped scrolling Instagram and YouTube and used internet only to learn about things and talk with people I know:-) And for 2025 I wish to continue this without a miss and I wish that I can add more to this ,I'd love to hear all of your guys plans and what all you're doing now so that I can add some of them into my list❤️.1
