Help needed for a friend, regarding apartment

Hello, can you all suggest some good, reputable, low-priced builders in Kochi? A friend who is the only earning support of her family, wants to buy an apartment (they have been renting for whole of their lives) but cannot afford too high prices, not even medium. I was thinking of Confident Builders which has both low and high price options, and who are pretty decent and reputable. They have been around for a good period now, with many successful apartment handovers. Any other such groups who give apartments below 30 L? Thanks.
