Health concerns in Kochi

I was living Calicut, Banglore and Chennai for a long term and a few years in Dubai. Recently came to Kochi and staying near Kakkanad. I felt like I’m feeling sick and tired when I’m at Kochi, not sure whether it was just my bad assumption. But one thing I thoroughly noticed is that, my eyes are getting really dry and red when I’m at Kochi, especially if I get out at night. I have consulted multiple doctors and done multiple tests, but none of them gave me a solid answer for why it is becoming red. All they said is eyes are dry and need to use eyedrops. But when I come back to Calicut (or I recently traveled to Chennai and Banglore), it disappears so quickly and no issues at all. Eyes are clear as white. I have attached both the images here. What would be the reason? Anyone else have similar experience?
