Great speciality coffee in Kochi

Hey everyone, Recently moved to Fort Kochi and looking for recommendations for speciality coffee shops in Kochi, preferably espresso, cold/Nitro brew, latte and bonus if it's local/single origin local to south India. Don't really care about good vibes or food, just looking for places making good and interesting coffee. Don't mind travelling to Ernakulam if it's worth it :) Thanks and have a great day!
