Friend of mine is visiting Kochi for 4 days. Where should he stay and what are the must try food spots?

So my friend is a North Indian in his early 40s and loves Kerala food and Indian whisky. He eats beef and pretty much everything. He wants to go around visit some of the best food spots and places immersed in art and culture.
