Fake Branded Stores around Kochi?

The other day some police officers (civilian clothes and uniform) cracked down a store near my hostel which sold bombay dyeing branded blankets and bedsheet, nalla scene undarnu ennokeya naatukar parayun ndarne (arguments with the owner and police). And the whole haji ali fruit juice thing. How many of these fake stores are there in kochi? What about those “factory outlet” stores of Woodland and puma which has unreal offers, are they even real themselves?
