Day to Evening Itinerary for a date, suggest ideas please

As the title suggests, am going on a date w a guy next week or after the Christmas, not yet decided, depends on our schedule, both of us are busy w work lol. The guy am going to meet is fairly new to the dating world so I want to go to places that makes him comfortable and not nervous, don't wanna put too much pressure on him. Eventhough I was born here I've spent most of my college plus dating period in Delhi so I don't have much clue about dating spots and ideas here in Kochi. So, we are planning to spend a whole day together, I just don't know where to spend the afternoon at, also where can a woman smoke cigs peacefully here without getting stares. By evening am thinking of going to some peaceful place like Wellington Island, also since he lives nearby. Also suggest budget cafes, am a veg so w such options. Another question, what place can a couple hold hands and just kiss (am not talking about extreme hookup or makeout sesh in public) without making anyone uncomfortable or do we have to book a room for that.😭 Some other things- -he doesn't like drinking in public places -he's a big foodie, am not -what are some museums or art places to visit? -how would spending the afternoon at a mall work? wouldn't it be too noisy? -he's in the army and am in the literature field, idk, maybe it helps w some suggestions.
