Aluva Railway Station

Anyone else always rejected by the Autos in Aluva Railway Station Stand to go to Aluva Metro Station Had the same experience for the 4th time now.They don't give proper reason why they won't go just the head nodding, had to take an Uber Auto to get to the Metro, on my way I asked the driver why everyone refuses this trip, his reply was that they prefer long trips only Kinda sucks, is there no way to correct this
