Whats the best way to buy medicines in kerala

I am at that stage in life where i have to spend a considerable amount towards buying medicines every month(for my parents and kid) I usually buy my medicines from neethi medical store. Since most of the medicine are to be taken daily like diabetes, baby formula etc, i can plan ahead. Surprisingly, online prices are much higher than neethi medical store. I was wondering if there is a way i can save some money while buying medicines.
