Recommendations for great coffee in Kochi

Hey everyone, Recently moved to fort Kochi and looking for recommendations for great coffee in Kochi, preferably espresso, cold/Nitro brew, latte and bonus if it's local/single origin. Don't really care about good vibes or food, just looking for places making good and interesting coffee. Don't mind travelling to Ernakulam if it's worth it :) Thanks and have a great day!
