Overwhelmed by fears of parenthood (PCOS, career, trauma, and more)

I'm a 31-year-old married woman, and everyone around me seems to be pressuring me to have kids ASAP. My husband and I have been married for five years, and he's now eager to start a family. However, I'm consumed by fears and doubts. Firstly, I have PCOS, which means I'll need to consult a fertility specialist. The prospect of undergoing various procedures to get pregnant is daunting. Moreover, my husband works in the Middle East, so I'd have to navigate pregnancy and postpartum alone. This thought terrifies me. I'm also worried about the impact of pregnancy on my career, physical health, and mental well-being. What if my child has genetic issues? But my biggest fear stems from my own traumatic experience. I had some bad experiences (sa) in the past. The memories still haunt me, and I have trust issues. My greatest fear is that my child might suffer the same fate. I feel trapped between my desire to give my loving husband a child and these overwhelming fears. I'd appreciate any advice or opinions from people who may have gone through similar experiences. I'm unable to discuss this with my family, but my husband is understanding. Thanks for listening.
