My mom wants to take a distant degree

My mom is expressing interest in taking a distant degree (prolly in malayalam)…she was a busy mom (victim of patriarchy) and now she has a lot of free time as the kids grew up…she belongs to the last batch of pre-degree course (97-98) before the 10+2 system…so help?
