Macbook or lenovo loq

I’m a bca graduate looking forward to work in IT sector. I got confused which to choose macbook m2 or loq series. I am a windows user and got a high spec pc for gaming. I’m slightly slanted to mac cause of ecosystem and I have iphone. The problem is i might relocate to another country for further studies. If i go there i can’t play games on mac . What should i do? Buy mac and buy a ps5 or pc later or Buy a all rounder windows laptop?
