How do former NRI’s who relocated back from abroad find life in Kerala?

Anyone here who has voluntarily relocated back to Kerala after say 5+ years abroad in a highly developed country like US/EU/Canada/Australia/NZ? Are you happy/satisfied? Do you regret your decision? Was there a reverse culture shock? Did you have trouble finding a good job? What do you love/hate about Kerala when looking from a global perspective?
