Help me find a phrase my grandfather used to say

Hey everyone, this is a weird request. My grandfather passed away in 2017 and before that he would say this really funny alliterative sentence with the letter "Th". I really want to find the full phrase. Here's the little bits of it that I can remember: Thangasseriyile thoppikkaran thottil thooran poyappol thorthu illayirunnu (Translation: When a cap wearing man from Thangassery went to shit in a field, he did not have his towel with him) It rhymed and danced quite well and was hilarious. I also remember the sentence having something about a Britisher or an English man? Anyway he would say this every time someone mentioned Thangassery. It was very funny. I miss it and there's no way to know anymore unless you internet peeps have equally quirky grandparents.
