Help me find a liver doner please

My closest friend's father is suffering from liver cirrhosis. 55 year old man with diabetes. Doctors have strongly and urgently recommended liver transplant. The procedure seems expensive as well and my friend is the sole earner in the family. Any help with regards to resources for donors, funds, anything would be super helpful. TIA.
