Crazy tempo driver on road

Encountered this specimen on Manimala Pala road yesterday. He was trying hard to overtake the Ertiga ahead of him. Finally temp driver lost his patience and jumped into the opposite lane nearly crashing on 3 or 4 cars. I thought the tempo will flip over considering it was swerving left and right. I don't know if this driver was drunk or high on some drugs. His antique would have put private bus drivers to shame.
