COP who blamed and insulted Walayar victims has been conferred IPS.

He was the investigating officer of the Walayar case who destroyed all evidences leading to the culprits getting acquitted later. This man literally claimed that the victims (mind you a 12 yo and a 9 yo) CONSENTED TO and even ENJOYED THE ABUSE they endured. And now he has been conferred IPS by the government!!! How great! Now we have a pedophilia apologist and clearly a corrupt and inefficient officer holding an important position of power in our society. Like seriously this man is supposed to “enforce law” and keep the public safe? On what merit basis has he been awarded this promotion? What sort of clown’s world are we living in and most importantly why the hell is NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THIS!!!!!!!
