Alcohol Deaddiction center in kerala.

We have a uncle (60 + )who every day make too much verbal abuse and swearing after drinking alcohol. There are small kids in his home affecting from this. He consume too much alcohol everyday. Can we send him to any alcohol Deaddiction center against his will? Do Deaddiction center need consent of addicted guy in Kerala? Also anybody know good de addiction center? Edit: He is good mannered guy when not in influence of alcohol. Once he consume alcohol he swear on everybody even kids and his mother with worst words. Whole family is in verge of mental breakdown because of his problem.
