Are our mornings significantly colder than what it used to be?

Its 6:58am when im posting this, weather app shows 21 degrees celcius. Whatever that means but its freezing, genuinely freezing, Opening a window or a door feels like opening a door to a walk-in fridge, i never remembered it to be this cold in the middle of february…..
