As title implies, govt approved 10cr for state seed farm which is located near my place. They are using it to renovate old buildings and building walls. the compound is huge , people are working on building the wall most of the time. the walls are constructed by paving on top of the existing wall which was already a weak structure. I can see that the improvement in infrastructure, but it doesnt produce any output, most of the plants or whatever they had is dryed out and not maintained properly , and everyone seems to be lazy. the officers are also notorious as the older workers were exploited in terms of pension and compensation as they didnt have much education and knowledge about the things when they joined. is it possible to get a report about the performance and fund use and also raise a concern anonymously to higher authorities to keep an eye.
