Anyone please explain how to get away from toxic family and church

So I recently switched my job to a better company in a different city than my hometown, and Ohbmy God now I get how toxic my family is. So to start off, my Dad left his job and is trying his entrepreneurial passion (while expecting me to send almost 60% of my salary to home to meet expenses) And I got to know recently that my mom secretly sends money to my elder brother who uses it for weed and drugs (who btw hasn't even sent a dime back home) and doesn't work but stays home And now comes the biggest pain, my Church has a rule that all the members have to pay tithe (i.e. 10% of whatever they earn) which is a compulsory thing to do, if you don't do they'll speak of it in prayer messages and preachings/speeches infront of all. And add to that they're very toxic, you can't keep a moustache and beard, have to wear only white clothes during their prayers and have to greet every Tom dick and harry with praise the lord and a smile (while you know that they speak behind your back) And at the end I'm just left with 10-12k to spend on me .....for a whole month (while I earn 10x of it) I'm not able to save yet, not able to buy things I like , I always wanted to buy a Jordan but due to situations like this I'm feeling very sad at the same time feeling guilty if I stop helping my family.. WHAT TO DO ???
