Who is the best pulmonologist in Kerala?

I am suffering from Asthma and want to get some relief. I have met several famous pulmonologists of my city. But I am yet to find any relief. Every doctor keeps prescribing me the same medicine - Formoterol + Budesonide. But it is not working for me. In between, I got tested for sleep apnea and heart disease. Took some medicines for COPD for several months. But everytime I end up back with Formoterol + Budesonide and I am back to square one. I have given these doctors at the minimum 1 year each. The problem is that the doctors dismiss my symptoms and I have to keep on trying the same medicine over and over again. Nowadays, I am unable to even properly sleep most days due to these breathing issues. At this point, the situation is so bad that I am even ready to travel to another state if it will help me. So if anybody has suggestions?
